This elegant apartment located on the first floor offers comfort and secluded privacy in 650 square feet, accommodating a minimum of two and a maximum of five people. It features a spacious living/dining area overlooking the canal, with a large double sofa-bed, fully equipped cooking facilities and exposed wood beam ceiling.
There is also a studio with a sofa-bed, a lovely new bathroom, as well as, a large and elegant master bedroom. From the bedroom there is access to a beautiful private patio, ideal for relaxing.
The furnishing is typically Venetian with some antiques, prints and glass chandeliers from Murano.
TO REACH THE APARTMENT
The “Venier” stop of the Venetian public boat transportation (ACTV) is located adjacent to Ca’Mazzega. Boats (circle line 41/42 and direct line DM) pass approximately every ten minutes and connect you from “Venier” with San Marco, the Santa Lucia Railway Station and Piazzale Roma. There is a convenient connection by boat from “Museo” to the Marco Polo International Airport located about 330 yards from the house. From there, the Alilaguna Line takes you non-stop directly to the airport.
