This charming 700 square foot apartment located on the first floor, is inspired by the “squero”of San Trovaso - a famous boatyard where Venetian gondolas are built.
It is characterized by prints depicting various Venetian boats, glass chandeliers from Murano and exposed wood beam ceiling throughout the apartment.
It offers comfort and privacy, accommodating a minimum of two and a maximum of four people.
It is composed of a spacious living/dining area overlooking the canal with fully equipped cooking facilities, a separate studio with twin sofa-beds, a beautiful new bathroom and elegant master bedroom.
TO REACH THE APARTMENT
The “Venier” stop of the Venetian public boat transportation (ACTV) is located adjacent to Ca’Mazzega. Boats (circle line 41/42 and direct line DM) pass approximately every ten minutes and connect you from “Venier” with San Marco, the Santa Lucia Railway Station and Piazzale Roma. There is a convenient connection by boat from “Museo” to the Marco Polo International Airport located about 330 yards from the house. From there, the Alilaguna Line takes you non-stop directly to the airport.
