Is a charming apartment in St Mark area, few steps to st Mark square, Accademia bridge, Rialto Bridge. It is really easy to reach it, due the fact that it lies at only 100 meters about from vaporetto stop.
In the apartment there is a double bedroom, where we can add another one single bed; one living room with double sofa bed, and kitchenette fully equipped of oven, dish washer, stoves, frigo, freezer. Bathroom has shower tub and washing machine.
Of course there is individual heating. Bed and bath linen is provided.
Really luminous, with a nice canal view and a private courtyard for your romantic dinner.

- A welcome from the staff
on your arrival one of our staff will be on hand to lead from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment. (on request a private water-taxi may be reserved; the taxi charge is to be paid by the client)
- Cleaning, bed linen and towel change
bed linen and towel change along with cleaning will be performed on the third day and at the end of your stay; moreover, these services are available to you daily for a low extra fee
- Our kitchens are equipped with all you need to cook your own meals, "should you wish so".
- Assistance available for all needs related to the building and your stay in Venice (cots, restaurant booking, information and places available for events, festivals, visits to islands and museums and the like ...).INCLUDED SERVICES
