The location of the apartment is very central with only 2 minutes of walk you will enjoy S.Marco square

An apartment full of light and sun, antique furnishing and modern paintings.
A little balcony out to the canal - to the same canal that the world famous Bridge of Sighs spans and only 200 meters far away! Luxury for two to three persons for moderate prices.
Gondolas do not have horns. So the gondoliers call "oi, oi" to warn one another of their presence. You can be sure that this will be the first sound that you hear upon opening the windows of La Rosa di Venezia in the morning.
Then you step out on the balcony, and the new day receives you with the view.

- A welcome from the staff
on your arrival one of our staff will be on hand to lead from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment. (on request a private water-taxi may be reserved; the taxi charge is to be paid by the client)
- Cleaning, bed linen and towel change
bed linen and towel change along with cleaning will be performed on the third day and at the end of your stay; moreover, these services are available to you daily for a low extra fee
- Our kitchens are equipped with all you need to cook your own meals, "should you wish so".
- Assistance available for all needs related to the building and your stay in Venice (cots, restaurant booking, information and places available for events, festivals, visits to islands and museums and the like ...).INCLUDED SERVICES
